  2. Design

    Concepts, 3D visuals and material choices, revised with you until the design is approved.

  3. Quote

    An itemised quote in SAR with VAT shown separately. Work starts only after you approve it in writing.

  4. Build

    Fabrication, printing and pre-assembly, with progress updates before anything leaves the workshop.

  5. Deliver

    Installation, on-site support during the event, then dismantling and clear-out.

The price we quote is the price you pay.

Events and stands are priced per project, so we do not publish a price list. What we do promise is how the quote is written.

  • Itemised in SAR

    Design, materials, printing, labour, transport and installation each appear as their own line.

  • VAT shown separately

    15% VAT is listed on its own line, so the total you see is the total you are invoiced.

  • No hidden fees

    Anything that could add cost — rush work, venue charges, late artwork — is written in the quote before you approve it.

  • Changes agreed in writing

    If the scope changes, you get a revised quote first. No extra work is billed without your approval.
